Wolf X Machina: Year One

Today is the first day of my second year in business. I'm so happy to say that this past year went better beyond my expectations. As I start my day, I look back on the previous year and reflect while also thinking about the year to come.
Highlights of the past year
The majority of my focus on the past year has been doing what I know best and making sure to prove to myself and to my customers that I'm here to do great work. I feel like I can look back and be proud of what I achieved so far:
- I developed and launched a handful of new websites
- I learned a lot more about project management
- I took a UI Design course to round out my skillset
- I found new customers
- I ran a calm company - no fires, no emergencies, no major issues
Looking ahead to the next year
While I regard this past year as a success, I've been thinking a lot about how I can build upon what I've started. Here's what I have in mind:
- Exploring new methods of marketing myself
- Finding new ways of bringing value to my customers by working with other developers, designers, programmers, and marketers
- Continuing to hone my UI Design skills
- Using my time where I'm not working on projects to improve my service
- Working on projects that are more about the long term
